ATV & Snowmobile Ordinance Adopted
The Sadsbury Township Board of Supervisors adopted the Sadsbury Township ATV & Snowmobile Ordinance, an ordinance to permit the operation of ATVs and Snowmobiles on designated roads within Sadsbury Township and provide penalties for violations. Roads on which ATV’s and Snowmobiles are permitted include S. Canal Rd., Brooks Rds aka S. Townline Rd., Conley Rd., Allen Rd., Greiser Rd., Alter Rd., Bolen Rd. W. Townline Rd and Keene Rd.
SHORT-TERM RENTAL ORDINANCE ADOPTED
Sadsbury Township Board of Supervisors adopted a Short-Term Rental Ordinance which requires all owners of short-term rental units to secure an annual License from Sadsbury Township, effective 2025. The license fee is $50 per unit up to 4 units and $25 for each additional unit. Please submit the Short-Term Rental License Application and fee to the township office. Application may be submitted via email to sadsbury@sadsburytownship.com. Once License is issued, it must be posted in a visible place within the STR unit.
