    PUBLIC NOTICE

    Sadsbury Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at 6:30 pm to take public comment on a proposed revised Sadsbury Township Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance.   Sadsbury Township Board of Supervisors proposes to enact the revised Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance at their regular meeting on Tuesday. April 13, 2021 at 1:00 pm.  The proposed ordinance prescribes updated requirements for subdivisions and land developments in the township, including design of new lots and blocks; design and installation of streets, utilities, and other public facilities; standards for new residential and non-residential land developments; processes for submission, review and decisions on development plans; and administrative and enforcement procedures.  All meetings will be conducted at the Sadsbury Township Municipal Building, 9888 State Hwy 285, Conneaut Lake, PA 16316.  The proposed ordinance may be examined at the Sadsbury Township Municipal Building, Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, on township website www.sadsburytownship.com, or Meadville Tribune; copies may be obtained for a cost.   • Spring Leaf/Yard Clean Up

    Spring Leaf/Yard Waste Clean Up Days:  Sadsbury Township will provide a collection site at the Sadsbury Township Building, 9888 State Hwy 285, Conneaut Lake, PA on Apr 24 and May 1, 2021 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm to dispose of Leaf and Yard Waste.  The following material will be accepted for disposable:  leaves, grass clippings, plant clippings, flowers, brush and branches up to 4” in diameter and 4’ in length.  Unacceptable material includes soils, food waste from gardens or orchards, food compost, plastics, lumber and any wood or tree limbs over 4” in diameter or 4’ in length.  Township personnel will be on-site to assist unloading and ensure only acceptable materials are placed in the container.  This service is limited to Sadsbury Township residents.  Any questions, contact the township office at 814-382-8579.
