PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Sadsbury Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct two Public Hearings on January 11, 2023 at the Sadsbury Township Municipal Building, 9888 State Highway 285, Conneaut Lake, PA to hear requests for relief of the requirements of the Sadsbury Township Zoning Ordinance. First hearing will begin at 6:30 pm; second hearing at 7:30 pm.
1) Continuation of Appeal #01-22 Jason Black requesting a use variance to permit a therapeutic riding stable located at 10594 State Highway 18, Conneaut Lake, PA, on parcels #4404-041-1 & 4404-039, in the Conneaut Corridor zoning district, in which this use is not listed as a permitted use.
2) Appeal #01-23 Todd Joseph of Keldon Holdings LLC requesting relief of parking requirements for Hotel Conneaut, 12241 Lake St, Conneaut Lake, PA, parcel #4403-002, on the same parcel as principal use per Section 413H, establishing the required parking spaces on other non-contiguous parcels.
Interested persons may appear and be heard at the time and place set forth above. All documents pertaining to this request are available for inspection at the Sadsbury Township Municipal Building, Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
