Public Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Sadsbury Township Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on 11/18/24 at 7:00 pm at the Sadsbury Twp. Municipal Bldg, 9888 State Hwy 285, Conneaut Lake, PA for the purpose of taking public comment on proposed ordinance titled Sadsbury Township Short-Term Rental Ordinance, establishing locations, definitions, licensing requirements, standards for use, licensing fees, responsibility for compliance, enforcement procedures, appeal procedures, and penalties for violation for Short-Term Rentals operating within Sadsbury Township.  The proposed ordinance is available for public inspection at the township office Monday thru Friday 9 am to 4 pm or at www.sadsburytownship.com.  Proposed ordinance will be considered for adoption at the Sadsbury Twp Board of Supervisors meeting on 12/10/24 beginning at 1:00 pm.  Any questions, call the township office at 814-382-8579.
