Notice is hereby given that the Sadsbury Township Board of Supervisors will conduct two hearings on Wed., February 23, 2022 beginning at 6:30 pm at the Sadsbury Twp. Municipal Bldg., 9888 State Hwy 285, Conneaut Lake, PA to consider (1) an application for Conditional Use by Keldon Holdings LLC for proposed construction of multi-family dwellings on a portion of parcel #4403-002, located at the south end of Comstock St. in the Suburban Residential zoning district, and (2) an application for Conditional Use by KLR Assets LLC for proposed construction of two-family dwellings located at the corner of State Highway 18 and Iroquois Rd., parcels #4403-053-A-3, 4403-053-B & 4403-053-C, in the Lake Area Residential and Lake Area Transitional zoning district.  Both applications will be considered in accordance with the provisions of the Sadsbury Township Zoning Ordinance, Article 3, Section 314 in which two-family and multi-family dwellings are permitted as a Conditional Use.  Interested persons may appear and be heard at the time and place set forth above.  Any questions, contact the township office 814-382-8579.
